Item 5.02  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 27, 2016, Shengli Liu resigned from the positions of board director and any other position he holds in China Media Inc (“Company”), effective immediately. Shengli Liu’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
