J.D. Hutt Enters Into First Contract in Sustainable Apparel

LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif., Sept. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- J.D. Hutt Corporation ("JD Hutt" or the "Company") (Pink Markets: JABA), today announced that it has entered into a contract in the sustainable apparel industry.

In May 2014, the Company announced that it had hired a new CEO, George Powell, and that its business was changing to the sustainable apparel industry. In less than three months, the Company has signed a new agreement and the apparel is already in production. The items will be delivered to the customer in early September 2014.

The customer has indicated that they have plans to move forward with a more substantial sustainable product offering in the near term. The Company will be changing its name to Green Star Apparel to reflect the new line of business. The formal change will occur once all filings and approvals are completed.
