To Our Shareholders:

In our efforts to communicate regularly with our shareholders and increase share value, we have decided to use our expertise that we have gained over the years in acquiring properties and all that it entails to broaden our horizons and look at purchasing other kinds of properties, specifically internet related assets. Our focus initially will be to acquire real estate related businesses, so we stay close to our expertise and as we progress, we can branch off into other lucrative areas.

We believe that we have a good base of rental properties and will continue to grow that part of our business as well. The company will have two separate divisions, one will be the property division and the other will be the business division, where we will look at different kinds of investments to further enhance our growth. Our goal is to not only grow our businesses but to increase shareholder value and in an effort to do that, we will announce any progress when and if it happens.
