Cascadia Investments, Inc. Issues the Following Update

  (PINKSHEETS: CDIV) Cascadia Investments, Inc. is
pleased to announce the purchase of the multi-family property announced in
an earlier news release. This related party transaction will close in the
next quarter.

The property has two 2-bedroom units and one 1-bedroom unit which generate an annual rental income of approximately $24,000. The agreed purchase price based on its current assessed value is $210,800 and the terms and conditions will be forthcoming shortly.

With loan determination tightening and owner-occupied houses on the decline, Cascadia's portfolio maintains a 90% or better occupancy rate on its properties.

At the same time, the Seattle/Tacoma market rents have increased five percent within the last year, thus substantially increasing the shareholder's value...
