Canna Brands To Trade Under New Ticker Symbol "CBMJ" Today

BOTHELL, Wash., Sept. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Canna Brands, Inc. ("Canna Brands" or the "Company") today announced its request for new ticker symbol CBMJ, replacing CBWP, was approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).    Effective today, all trading in Canna Brands common shares will proceed under the new symbol CBMJ.  No action is required of shareholders. 

Canna Brands acquires, develops and markets branded cannabis specialty goods for infusion and distribution by licensed processors in the states of Colorado and Washington where the recreational consumption of cannabis infused products, such as bottled sodas, coffee beverages, baked goods and others, is now legal for persons 21 years or over. 

At a Special Meeting of shareholders convened September 19, 2014, 84% of all shareholders participated and 99% voted to ratify the July 29, 2014 acquisition of Canna & Canna Inc., a branded cannabis specialty goods company based in Bothell, WA, and to change the corporate name to Canna Brands, Inc. from Crownbutte Wind Power, Inc. reflecting the Company's new business direction.

On September 25, 2014, Canna Brands announced the signing of its first operational agreement with Nana's Secret Soda – the premier cannabis infused soda brand in the State of Washington.
