Verde Media Group, Inc. (OTC: VMGI) has upgraded its subscription to the OTC Market’s top tier suite of services, OTC Intelligence. The required disclosure is being submitted to become a PK OTC Current Information issuer.

The OTC Intelligence service provides compliance and communication tools alongside investor relations and business intelligence solutions for OTC-traded companies.
