Group, Inc. (OTC: VMGI) announced today that the company has suscribed to the OTC Market's OTC Market and Disclosure Service.  The company has furthermore begun to post the required documents and financial reports to remove the Stop OTC Pink No Information designation.

President William F. Veve stated, "This is a much needed corporate action to become fully transparent and proceed with our business plan as we move forward."
