HONG KONG and PHUKET, THAILAND (www.12buzz.com) is pleased to announce that the company has signed an extended agreement for the supply of online ads and web search to The Post Publishing Public Company Limited, one of Asia's biggest news media companies. The Company provides news and information to the public through newspapers, magazines and books, as well as other electronic media such as the Internet. Its main publications are The Bangkok Post (www.bangkokpost.com), Thailand's number 1 English daily newspaper, Post Today, a Thai daily newspaper, and Bangkok Post Student Weekly, an English weekly newspaper. The Post Publishing group's companies also offer magazines such as Elle, Elle Decoration, Cleo and Marie Claire. In addition, the Company provides job classifieds services through its Website, www.JobJob.co.th.
Buzz Ads have been running on www.bangkokpost.com for a 1 month test period and under the new agreement will remain there and Buzz will provide the Home page Web Search. The 2 companies are working on expanding the ads and search throughout more of the group's publications and online media.
The agreement has almost certainly secured Buzz becoming Thailand's number 1 online ad supplier this year beating out Yahoo!, Google and MSN. Buzz has seen a rapid uptake and use of the English Beta of the Buzz Search Engine.
