Bayside Corporation Names New Chief Executive Officer

 

Dallas, TX-Bayside Corp. (BYSD.PK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Darren Toomer as the companies new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Toomer brings a wealth of experience in exploitation, production operations and asset management in the oil and gas industry.

 

Mr. Toomer will be replacing former CEO Gordon Johnson, who will still continue to serve as Chairman of the Board for Bayside Corp. The new appointment comes as part of a mandate set forth by the company’s Board of Directors to aggressively expand the business of the company into new energy and resource-based sectors.
