CCGC Acquires 99% Control of Charter Logic Holdings, Inc.

CELEBRATION, Florida, Nov. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CCC Globalcom Corporation (Other OTC:CCGC.PK), announced that it has acquired 99% control of the issued and outstanding common stock of Charter Logic Holdings, Inc. in exchange for issuing 238,669,006 shares of its common stock to Jeremy Castonguay and Andrew Wyatt, the two primary shareholders of Charter Logic. As a result of the acquisition Mr. Castonguay and Mr. Wyatt have been appointed to the Board of Directors of CCGC and as officers of the corporation. The prior officers and directors have resigned from their positions and the subsidiaries previously owned by CCGC have been sold or transferred to the prior officers. The operations of CCGC going forward will be those of Charter Logic.

Charter Logic is an international air charter and air cargo brokerage firm that specializes in leveraging the World Wide Web to generate significant consumer demand for air charter services. Charter was founded in 2008 by Mr. Castonguay who currently serves as its CEO with Mr. Wyatt serving as the COO.
