   CCC Globalcom Corporation (PINKSHEETS: CCGC) is pleased to announce that the company has been reorganized in the areas of management and will refocus its business direction.

Cohwen Eggli of Salt Lake City, UT has taken over management and has been appointed President/CEO and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Eggli holds a Degree from Weber State University of Utah in the area of Applied Sciences.

Nicholas Snow has taken the position as Secretary Treasurer and director in the company. Mr. Snow has a background in business and business related human resources, with a Degree in Business Administration.
