Record Profit 


ROYAL OAK, Mich., July 13  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bonal International, Inc.
(OTC:BONL) today announced a dividend of four cents per share on a 14 cent
profit for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2005.  The dividend is payable on
August 19, 2005 for shareholders of record as of the close of business on
August 1, 2005.  This is the first dividend to be paid since Bonal began public
trading in 1990.

"Bonal International's Board of Directors decided to pay a dividend based on
last year's success so that our shareholders can share the benefits of our best
year," said A. George Hebel, III, chairman of Bonal International.  "In the
future, the Board will continue to evaluate the company's dividend policy on an
annual basis.  Hopefully things at Bonal will continue to be positive although
there is no guarantee of future results."
