German chemicals distributor Brenntag AG (BNR.XE) Monday said it has acquired Petrolube, the sole distributor of petroleum additives manufacturer Infineum International Ltd. in Italy.
MAIN FACTS:
-Financial details of the transaction weren't disclosed.
-In 2012, Petrolube expects earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization of 800,000 euros, Brenntag said.
-Infineum is a joint venture between Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM) and Shell.
