ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

 

On October 3, 2017, the Company placed a ‘Shareholder Alert’ on the Investor page of the Company's website, www.biontech.com communicating that:

 

a)	The Company  executed on October 2, 2017  a non-exclusive  investment banking agreement  with Bradley Woods & Co., Ltd., a New York investment banking firm, to provide strategic and financial advice to Bion; and

 

b)	Pennsylvania Senate Bill 799 to establish a competitive bidding program to reduce the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (‘PA’)’s clean water costs, will be considered in the PA Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.
