BioTech Medics, Inc. Signs Major USA Distribution Agreement for SHBAN(TM) Alcohol Free Hand Sanitizer

   BioTech Medics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BMCS) announced that it has signed a major USA distribution agreement with A.J.S. Enterprises, Inc. of Dallas, Texas for BioTech's SHBAN™ Alcohol Free Hand Sanitizer and Antiseptic.

"AJS is well established, has a network of over ninety sources and has distributed Duracell® Batteries and other major name brands throughout the USA to major retail and wholesale outlets for over two decades. We look forward to AJS representing SHBAN," said Keith Houser, CEO.

It is projected that AJS will be placing SHBAN with Albertsons, Randalls, Krogers, Brookshires, Safeway, HEB, Whole Foods and CVS Pharmacies throughout Texas starting in May and June. A major total USA distribution of SHBAN is scheduled this Fall at the peak of flu, allergy and cold season.

SHBAN has been tested extensively for over 12 years. Its active ingredient is FDA approved. SHBAN was invented by Edward J. Cragoe, Jr. PhD. who has invented over 19 drugs in his career.

BioTech announced last month they have begun pre-production of SHBAN two minute, sixty second and thirty second direct response TV and radio commercials for nationwide. BioTech has retained former Miss Arizona (1989) LeeAnne Locken. Ms. Locken co-starred with Golden Globe actress Sandra Bullock in "Miss Congeniality," the 2000 movie. The ads are to create brand awareness and sales.
