      Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLLB) announced 
      that they have relocated their Chapel Hill, Tennessee specialty foods 
      manufacturing and packaging operations to an expanded facility in nearby 
      Farmington, Tennessee. This relocation of manufacturing operations 
      significantly increases production capacity and improves the overall 
      flow of their manufacturing, packaging and fulfillment processes. The 
      relocation was fueled by the continued growth their gourmet lines have 
      experienced in recent years. The Chapel Hill location will remain home 
      to the marketing, design and research facilities, and will serve as a 
      secondary storage facility.

      larger, more capable facility will substantially increase production 
      capacity and efficiency, while enabling us to support our projected 
      growth with a new commercial kitchen that incorporates features designed 
      to increase productivity and energy efficiency, while providing a better 
      working environment for our employees. This relocation will provide the 
      additional capacity, storage and resources we need for our continued
