FREDERICK, Md., March 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BioElectronics Corporation (OTC Pink: BIEL), the maker of advanced consumer medical devices, announced today that Dr. Bartolomeo Operti MD, Chief of Anesthesia Department Day Hospital Section of Maria Adelaide Hospital and Dr. Tiziano Tealdo, Clinical Instructor at University of Genova, Valle Belbo Implant Center have completed a white paper detailing their results regarding the use of BioElectronics medical device, RecoveryRx® Therapy.

The white paper summarizes an observational study they conducted using RecoveryRx® Therapy in their post dental implant anesthesia and recovery protocol of patients at the Valle Belbo Implant Center.  Dr. Operti noted, "The RecoveryRx device significantly impacts the quality of the post-operative experience by reducing edema, inflammation and pain."

The patients reported significant reductions in pain and facial swelling using standardized visual analog measurements.  Follow-up interviews 24-48 hours following implant surgery reported return to normal chewing.  Read complete results here.  Dr. Operti had previously presented his results in September at the 16th International Implant Therapy Conference Verona, Italy.
