   LoCatI Global Holdings, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Corporation, in a strategic move has acquired Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BDCM), a Florida Corporation. Member Manager of LoCatI Holdings, LLC Dwight Jory announced the strategic acquisition of Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc., May 11, 2011. The acquisition of the public company (BDCM) positions the Limited Liability Corporation in the global market for the development and distribution of global positioning devices.

Mr. Jory has become President/CEO of Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc. He has stated that the future of the company is bright with rapid development occurring in the field of electronic devices; and with acquisitions in land and development interests. Advancement in development of global positioning devices on the world market is a strong focus. Mr. Jory has announced the company is hiring personnel in all positions, and expects that a Board of Directors will be appointed quickly to manage assets and guide the company in the early stages of the current strategic plans.
