ID Global Corp. (OTC:IDGC) is pleased to announce that it has executed a purchase agreement for seven million (7,000,000) shares of common stock in Texas Wyoming Drilling, Inc. (OTC:TWDL) at a price of $.001.

Sebastien DuFort, president and CEO stated "We are anxious to establish a strategic relationship with an up-and-coming company, in which we have great confidence, especially with regard to its Yellow Jacket mine.
