BAE Systems PLC said Thursday that Land Securities Group PLC's Chairman Cressida Hogg will join its board as chairman designate, with effect from Nov. 1.
The U.K. defense-and-aerospace group said Ms. Hogg will succeed Roger Carr as chairman of the board on May 4.
Land Securities confirmed the departure of Ms. Hogg in a separate statement and said it has started the process to identify her replacement.
