FreeButton, Inc. Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire Rivalfly National Network, LLC.

  FreeButton, Inc. (OTCQB: FBTN) today announced that it has entered into a letter-of-intent to acquire all of the outstanding Units of Membership of Rivalfly National Network, an Illinois Limited Liability Company ("RNN"). RNN has more than 30 combined years of distribution of goods and services to over 50,000 retail locations Nationwide. RNN's distribution contracts provide FreeButton with national reach for its B2B & B2C gamification platform at a local level to businesses and consumers.
