Atlantic Wine Agencies Announces Approval of Name Change to Novo Energies Corporation

  Atlantic Wine Agencies, Inc. (The "Company")
(OTCBB: AWIN), a New York based public company, announced today approval by
the Company's Board of Directors of a name change to Novo Energies
Corporation.  It is anticipated that the name change will become effective
in approximately 30 days.

Mr. Antonio Treminio, the Company's Chairman & CEO stated: "The Company's new name -- Novo Energies Corporation -- mirrors the Company's renewed mission -- to develop 'green' energy resources." The Company has also affirmed its commitment to conserve energy and natural resources while reducing pollutants and unwanted biological agents. The Company will be acquiring new market changing technologies, assets and assembling an experienced, dynamic and new management team. The Company is currently evaluating a number of target acquisitions and possible Joint Ventures. More information will be provided as the Company progresses with its current action plan.
