RESEARCH, INC. (OTC:AVRI) today announced that the company has effectuated a
1:15 reverse stock split and has changed its Corporate Name to IMMUNE-TREE
INTERNATIONAL, INC. (OTC:IMUT)

In a newly planned direction of Corporate Strategy, the Company also announced
that it has completed the purchase of 100% of the outstanding shares of ITG,
Inc., a Utah based Corporation.  ITG will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of
IMMUNE-TREE INTERNATIONAL, INC.
