Max Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MXMI), announced today the formation of an advisory board to help guide the development, growth and execution of the Company's business plan.  The initial advisory board members include:

David E. Davis, Jr., Journalist, Editor, Publisher

With a career spanning over 60 years, David E. Davis Jr. has participated in almost all phases of the automotive culture, including: a race car driver (and survivor of a very serious crash), a factory worker, a car salesman, an advertising rep for "Road & Track Magazine", the Editor and Publisher of "Car and Driver Magazine", twice, in two different decades, and the founder of "Automobile Magazine".

Recognized as one the hottest editors in the United States by "Adweek" and,  "the dean of automotive journalists",  by Time Magazine, Davis can seriously be considered as the most influential automotive journalist of our time.

In 2004, Davis received an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from the University of Michigan, and served as its spring commencement speaker.

In the July 2009 issue of Car and Driver, Davis returned from whence he came... as a Contributing Editor.

Bill Warner, Founder of the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance

Mr. Warner is chairman of the Amelia Foundation, and also serves as president of H.C. Warner, Inc., an industrial filtration company.  Additionally, he owns Race/Torations, a company that restores collectible cars.  He won the 2002 Meguiar's Award (known as the 'Oscar' of car collecting) for Collector Car Hobby Person of the Year.  In 2001, Warner was voted into the Road Racing Drivers' Club, one of road racing's highest honors.  He won the IMSA Media Challenge in 1985, 1986 and 1987, driving a Chevrolet Camaro in the Firestone Firehawk series with Tom Nehl and Buddy Norton.  He also co-drove with Sean and Larry Hendricks to win the SCCA 24 hours of Mid Ohio Escort Endurance race.  It was the first professional win in history for an automatic transmission production car.  He also is a veteran of two Cannonball Runs.

For the past decade, he has raced the ex-Group 44/Paul Newman Triumph TR-6 in vintage events and has won both the 1997 Skip Barber Cup and the 1999 John Kelley Memorial Cup.  As a writer and photographer for Road & Track, as well as several European and Asian racing publications, he has won the Sports Car Club of America's 1970 Photographer of the Year Award, Creative Arts Yearbook Award, and a Los Angeles Art Directors Award for race photography.  His award winning restorations include the Ex-Denny Hulme Brabham BT-8, a Shelby King Cobra, a Lotus 11, an Elva Mk5, and a 1954 Corvette.  A restoration of his, a 1953 Oldsmobile Fiesta, was invited to the prestigious Meadow Brook Concours and was purchased by General Motors for their Heritage Collection.

In the 15 years since the Amelia Concours was started, Warner has donated $ 1.7 to various charities including Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.  For his efforts, he has been recognized as the 1997 Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year by the National Society of Fundraising Enterprises, one of the 1999 12 Who Care in the Jacksonville Community, and he is the recipient of the 2001 Frank W. Sherman Award, presented by the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville for exemplary community service.

James Grady, Chairman of Max Media Group, Inc. stated, "We are very fortunate to have the expertise and guidance of Messrs. Davis and Warner as part of our advisory board.  Their knowledge, insight, and potential resources will be instrumental in our growth.  We look forward to the opportunity to work with these accomplished gentlemen as we move forward."

The Company currently has 75,098,804 shares issued and outstanding.
