      exciting GlamSmile™ U.S. marketing arrangement 
      as announced Tuesday, April 15th, Remedent’s 
      management believes that a conference call discussing the ramifications 
      of this event and its impact on future results is warranted. 
      Consequently, Guy De Vreese, Chairman, and Robin List, CEO, will be
