Remedent Announces Filing of Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing and to Host a Conference Call on Tuesday, July 19, 2011

   Remedent, Inc. ("Remedent" or the "Company") (OTCBB: REMI), an international company specializing in research, development, and manufacturing of oral care and cosmetic products, announced today that it has filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission with regard to its Form 10-K report for the year ending March 31, 2011. This allows the Company an additional 15 calendar days to file the Form 10-K, which is otherwise due on June 29, 2011. The Company expects to file the Form 10-K on or before July 14, 2011.

In addition, the Company will host a conference call on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, to discuss its operating results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011. The Company plans to provide dial-in information on or before July 15, 2011 through a press release.
