      Axion Spatial Imaging (Pink Sheets: ASII) announced today an update to 
      shareholders regarding the current number of shares issued and 
      outstanding.
    
    
      As of April 21, 2008 the current shares issued and outstanding is 
      800,000,000. The authorized shares remaining are 1,000,000,000 and there 
      have been no changes to that number. Due to many inquiries by 
      shareholders, we have decided to make a public announcement to inform 
      our shareholders of the correct figures.
