On April 24, 2019, Arch Therapeutics, Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announced that the Company will attend The Symposium on Advanced Wound Care Spring (“ SAWC” ) from May 7-11 in San Antonio, TX and that a video demonstration of AC5 ^TM Topical Gel produced for the SAWC conference has become available for viewing. The text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
