ARCADIS to do Facility Management for Essent and Enexis

AMSTERDAM, June 8  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international consultancy, design and engineering company, through its 50% subsidiary ARCADIS AQUMEN FACILITY MANAGEMENT (AAFM), has signed a contract to perform facility management services for Essent and Enexis.

Initially AAFM as a manager will be responsible for the integral steering of all facility services, and support Essent and Enexis with the project management for its facility management services. In due course a total integrated management solution will be developed under which AAFM will supply the full package of services. This is the first time AAFM signed a contract with an energy company. The contract starts immediately and is valid for a period of 5 years. No financial details were disclosed.
