Item 3.01.  Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard: Transfer of Listing.

 

The Company advises that it no longer has sufficient remaining assets available to meet any new obligations or liabilities that may arise after 30 June 2012.  As a result the Company has ceased operations.

Accordingly, the directors have resolved to lodge a Form 15 Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
