Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. Raises Its Regular Quarterly Dividend by 12.5%

Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. (OTC Pink:AMNF) today declared an increased regular quarterly dividend of $0.018 per share. This new level is an increase of 12.5% from the prior regular quarterly dividend amount of $0.016. The dividend will be payable on or about October 24, 2014 to shareholders of record October 3, 2014. This dividend will be the Company’s 57th consecutive regular quarterly dividend. In addition, the Company has had ten special dividends.
