Amen Properties Announces Sale of Midland Real Estate

Amen Properties, Inc. (OTC Pink: AMEN) today announced that it has completed the sale of certain commercial real estate in Midland, Texas. After retiring the outstanding debt associated with the properties, Amen received net proceeds totaling approximately $3.6 million.
