--Allianz has been warned by Germany's financial regulator BaFin to improve its internal controls after alleged fraud at some of its U.S. funds, WirtschaftsWoche reports, citing unnamed sources.
--BaFin sent Allianz a letter with specific demands a few weeks ago, including that it clarifies its responsibilities, WirtschaftsWoche says, citing the sources.
--Allianz couldn't be immediately be reached for comment.
