HONG KONG, CHINA--(Marketwired - Nov 12, 2013) - Artificial Life (PINKSHEETS: ALIF), a Hong Kong based consulting and investment company, announced today that it and its holding companies have won several major new partners and clients and provided a short business update to its shareholders and investors.

The Company announced that it has successfully transformed into a consulting and investment holding company focusing mainly on investment scouting for clients and business matching between Asian and European companies and related international business development and consulting services.

The Company today announced a series of new activities, clients and partnerships:

• Artificial Life Investments, Ltd. has signed a co-operation and consulting agreement with Pixelpark AG, a German subsidiary of the international Publicis group, to assist Pixelpark in its business development efforts. The companies intend to work together closely in new product development and joint project work for customers in the mobile and new media area.
• Artificial Life Investments, Ltd has signed a partnership and consulting agreement and LOI (letter of intent) to invest in the German mobile payment and loyalty program pioneer and start-up mb&m (www.mb8m.de). Artificial Life also supports mb&m's general global business development efforts with a focus on Asia and China.

• The Company also won a development contract from a US based toy manufacturer for a smart phone game based on a popular female cartoon character integrated with a physical toy. The mobile game is designed to work with a toy cash register. Integrated with real life UPC barcode scanning, the app allows kids to scan over 30,000 real life merchandize items to be used in the game. • Finally, Artificial Life has recently won a major development contract to build an exhibition show case installation for a major global media company to celebrate the upcoming 75th anniversary of one of its key cartoon and movie characters.

The Company also announced that it has hired General Research GmbH of Munich as its new investor relations company and will resume substantial investor relations activities in 2014.

The Company announced its intension to issue a separate statement about the two pending lawsuits it has filed against Medion AG and KPMG and the legal progress in both cases in due time.
