Alternet Systems (OTCPK:ALYI) plans to execute two strategic acquisition of East African companies next month, in November.
The acquisitions are to integrate Alternet into the motorcycle taxi market in Kenya, adding higher margin revenue from the taxi operations to the electric motorcycles sale, report.
The company sets its annual revenue target to $2M for FY 2021, as announced already, from sales of its first electric motorcycles into the African market.
