Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers, Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On June 4, 2021, Scott Stevens resigned as a director of Agentix Corp. (the “Company).  There were no disagreements between Mr. Stevens and the Company that caused his resignation.
