Turkish brewer Anadolu Efes Biracilik Ve Malt Sanayii AS (AEFES.IS) is planning to meet investors in Europe and the U.S. ahead of a potential bond sale, one of the banks organizing the roadshow said Thursday.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC Holdings PLC, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC are the banks hosting the meetings, which are scheduled to commence Oct. 15.
The issuer is rated Baa3 by Moody's Investors Service Inc. and BBB- by Standard & Poor's Corp., both one notch above junk.
