Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On May 14, 2010, AB&T Financial Corporation (the “Registrant”) announced financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. For the first quarter of 2010, the Registrant reported net income of $82 thousand or $0.01 per basic and diluted share. A copy of the press release announcing the Registrant’s results for the first quarter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
