Airborne Security and Protective Services, Inc. (ABPR.PK) Completes Merger and Acquisition Agreement With Quality Restaurants

   Airborne Security and Protective Services (PINKSHEETS: ABPR) announced today that the process of merger and acquisition of Quality is now completed with the issuance of the New Ticker for Airborne, ABPR.PK on May 25, 2010.

In April 2010, Quality acquired Airborne pursuant to a merger and acquisition agreement. Subsequent to the acquisition, the Board of Quality Restaurant Ventures Inc. was replaced with a new Airborne Board and New Officers including Jerry Deutsch as CEO and Mati Deutsch as President.

Jerry Deutsch, CEO, noted, "Airborne is now in a position to grow very quickly. In the coming months we will be refocusing the company on our core strength, security. In a few months, we will spin off the assets of Quality via a dividend distribution, into a new separate corporate entity to be called Sorbiks, which will free us to pursue our strategic goals."

Mr. Deutsch indicated the goals of Airborne: "Airborne plans to become fully reporting as soon as we can get audited and we aim to be a 50,000 hour a week full service security company."
