      NexHorizon Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:NXHZ) today announced it is 
      expanding its service offering to include Triple Play Voice, Data, and 
      Video services. In order to effectively communicate the availability of 
      the Triple Play service, NexHorizon has entered into an agreement to 
      partner with Ad Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Praebius 
      Communications, Inc. (OTC:PRCM), to provide its newest advertising 
      insertion technology for cable television providers. The product, 
      Addige.net, utilizes a proprietary technology that allows it to operate 
      in cable systems that have not had the capability of locally inserted 
      advertising. NexHorizon CEO, Calvin Smiley, said: "Addige Commercial 
      Inserter Systems have earned their reputation for reliability. Cable 
      operators and turn-key ad operators across the US and around the world

      Ad Systems will install the digital insertion technology in NexHorizon’s 
      Chula Vista and National City cable systems immediately. This 
      infrastructure upgrade will enable NexHorizon to begin generating 
      revenue from the sale of advertising to local, regional and national 
      advertisers, while promoting its recently introduced Triple Play 
      services to existing subscribers. NexHorizon CEO, Calvin Smiley, said: “This 
      marks a milestone in our plan to roll out expanded digital channels, 
      broadband internet and digital phone services to our subscribers. The 
      advertising insertion technology that Ad Systems, Inc. provides will
