Item 8.01 Other Events. 

On April 21, 2021, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) announced the effectiveness of a change in the Company’s name from “All-American SportPark, Inc.” to “Global Acquisitions Corporation.” The trading symbol for the Company’s common stock will continue to be “AASP.” The new name will become effective on the opening of trading on April 22, 2021. The new CUSIP number for the Company’s common stock will be 379413107.
