KB Financial Group Inc. (105560.SE), Korea Life Insurance Co. (088350.SE) are among the firms shortlisted to acquire parts of ING Groep N.V.'s (ING) Asian life insurance business, Yonhap Infomax reported Thursday, citing unnamed industry sources.
KB Financial is shortlisted to acquire ING's South Korean life insurance operations, while Korea Life is on the shortlist for ING's life insurance operations in South East Asia, the report said.
AIA Group Ltd. is also shortlisted for both the South East Asian and Korean operations, the report said.
