ZEOX Announces Comprehensive Resolution

Mr. Garold R. Spindler, Chairman and CEO of ZEOX Corporation (The "Company" or
"ZEOX") (TSX VENTURE:ZOX) (FRANKFURT:ZED), is pleased to announce that it has
reached a comprehensive resolution to several pending matters:




--  Amended the Advanced Zeolite Supply Agreement with Logician Minerals
    ("Logician"). The Amendment provides structural and pricing enhancements
    that has allowed Logician to submit its first purchase order, for
    delivery in early February, 2010. 
    
--  Dismissal of the lawsuit between Nanostructured Materials Corporation,
    Zeox Corporation and Zeox's previous CEO, LuVerne E. W. Hogg. 
    
--  Zeox Corporation has agreed to return, to Logician, all of its Logician
    Minerals shares. The value of these shares were written off during the
    Company's fiscal 4th Quarter, 2009.
