Zimtu Capital Corp. Announces Participation in Pacific Potash Corp.'s Acquisition of Brazilian Potash Assets

    




 VANCOUVER, July 26, 2012 /CNW/ - Zimtu Capital Corp.   (the "Company" or "Zimtu") is pleased to announce that regulatory  approval has been received for the acquisition by Pacific Potash Corp.   ("Pacific Potash") of all of the issued and outstanding  securities of Moonraker Acquisition Corp. ("Moonraker"); one of Zimtu's  equity holdings.  Moonraker holds an option to acquire an 80% interest  in the Amazonas Potash Basin claims of Western Potash Corp. . 

 Zimtu's participation in the Moonraker transaction is consistent with  the Company's strategy of making early-stage resource investments as  well as incubating companies to build value for shareholders.  For its  participation in the transaction, Zimtu will receive 2,500,000 common  shares of Pacific Potash in exchange for the same number of shares in  Moonraker held.
