 VANCOUVER, Oct. 13, 2011 /CNW/ - Yalian Steel Corporation   ("Yalian" or the "Company") announces that Messrs. Paul Davis and Paul  Kelly have resigned as directors of the Company. 

 The Honourable Jacob (Jack) Austin, P.C., Q.C., Chairman of Yalian's  Compensation and Governance Committee stated that, "On behalf of the  board and management of Yalian, I wish to thank Messrs. Davis and Kelly  for their contributions to the Company."
