Macusani Yellowcake Announces Filing of Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for Uranium Deposits in Peru

Macusani Yellowcake Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:YEL)(FRANKFURT:QG1)
announced that it has filed on SEDAR today the Preliminary Economic Assessment
(PEA) for its uranium deposits in Peru as disclosed in the Company's press
release of December 5, 2013. The results from the PEA demonstrate that the
Project has the potential to become a large, low-cost uranium mining operation.
In addition, there remains excellent exploration potential to further expand the
size of the existing Mineral Resource.
