xRM Global Updates Status of Private Placement

On January 18, 2010, xRM Global Inc. ("xRM Global") (TSX VENTURE:XRM), which has
developed and operates the world's first on-demand, relationship management
utility (the "xRM Utility"), announced a proposed non-brokered private placement
wherein xRM Global will sell up to 4,615,385 units (the "Units") at $0.65 per
Unit for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000, with each Unit consisting of one
common share of xRM Global and one common share purchase warrant exercisable,
subject to adjustment in accordance with its terms, for 12 months at $0.80 per
share. As of March 18, 2010, an aggregate of 1,629,230 Units have been sold for
gross proceeds of $1,058,999.


The TSX Venture Exchange has agreed to extend the previously granted price
protection for the Offering of $0.65 per Unit until April 12, 2010, at which
time the price protection will lapse. The Offering has been structured to
provide for multiple closings. Management continues to pursue the completion of
the Offering.
