   xRM Global Inc. ("xRM Global") (TSX VENTURE: XRM), a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") solutions provider that empowers enterprises to create and manage high-trust relationships within the wealth management and insurance sectors through the use of intelligence generated from business television and the social web, announces the resignation of Mr. Eric Leslie as a Director of xRM Global effective August 11, 2010. Mr. Leslie advised that he must focus on other business ventures and so could no longer devote sufficient time to his duties as a Director of xRM Global. In addition to being a Director, Mr. Leslie was the Chair of xRM Global's Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee. xRM Global would like to thank Eric for his contributions to xRM Global and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
