Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:XCT) reports net income of
$238,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2010. During the quarter, the
Company was successful in its debt restructuring program and continues to make
positive advances to clean up its balance sheet. In addition, the results
reflect a more stable revenue stream resulting from its professional services
agreement established to provide technical and development support to X3
Tecnologia of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
