Waymar Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WYM) ("Waymar" or the "Company") announces
that on April 10, 2008 the Company's board of directors approved a grant of
incentive stock options to a director of the Company for the purchase of up to
an aggregate of 375,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.21 per
share until April 10, 2013. The stock options are granted pursuant to the terms
of the Company's stock option plan, adopted by shareholders at the Company's
annual general meeting held on August 10, 2007.
